We believe in transparency and simplicity. Here are some of the most common questions our couples ask during the booking process.
What is included in the wedding packages?
All our packages include a lead photographer, high-resolution digital files, an online gallery, and a print release. Video packages include a highlight film and full ceremony coverage. The drone package is an add on to the Video Package where we will incorporate drone footage into video. The best photos and the final video film will be made available to you via an online access process and also on a memory stick.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel within 50 miles of our studio is included. Beyond that, a flat travel fee applies based on distance. For destination weddings, we offer custom travel packages.
How does the booking process work?
To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 30% non-refundable retainer. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding day. This will be done in person after a detailed discussion about your requirements and a break down of the pricing so everything is clear and there are NO surprises.
What does the day consist of from us?
A typical wedding day flow with us includes full coverage from the Bridal party getting ready to the arrival and ceremony to then have your formal photos, the cake cutting, documenting the ceremony, couple portraits, guest candids at the reception, speeches, the first dance. With the complete package this will be with at least two staff members capturing the day with photos, video and drone footage to give a comprehensive capture of your unique day. Any other elements and or special requests can be made and we will endeavour to incorporate them.
